Ingredients
- 14oz large elbow mac
- 4C small-curd cottage cheese
- 2C sour cream
- 2 slightly beaten egg
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 16oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated (4c)
- paprika
Steps
- Cook/Drain Pasta according to package directions
- Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper
- Add cheddar
- Add macaroni
- Put in GREASED casserole dish (9x13)
- Bake @ 350F for 45 mins
